Picachos of Olá and Las Mesitas Waterfall Day Tour Panama

2:00 - Departing from Panama City / 3:30 - Departing from Anton Valley.

This adventure starts really early so you can fully enjoy the sunrise at the top. The journey from the Antón valley to the starting point of the hike will be done by car. This will take 2 - 3 hours from Panama City. Upon reaching Ola, we will start our walk to the top of the Picachos de Olá. The hike will take approximately 45 minutes, on steep, rocky terrain. This hike will be done partly in the dark, only illuminated by our flashlights. Once at the top we can rest and enjoy the sunrise and the views.

The way back is a little faster, while hiking in daylight and enjoying the views for our descent.

Back in the car, we will take the road for about 20 minutes towards the Las Mesitas waterfall. There we will walk approximately 15 minutes before reaching the waterfall. Here you can swim, cool off and rest. This is the perfect way to end the adventure before heading back to your starting point.
