DAY 1 : ARRIVAL IN CUSCO AND SACSAYHUAMAN RUNNING TOUR

Upon arrival in Cusco, you'll be transferred to your hotel. Your guide will provide an informative briefing about your upcoming activities. In the afternoon, enjoy a 2-kilometer run from your hotel to Sacsayhuaman (3,700 meters). This is a great opportunity to explore the impressive Inca stonework and enjoy panoramic views of the city. Afterward, you'll run to Qenqo Archaeological Complex, famous for its Inca labyrinth and ritual altar. Finish your day with a run to Cusco’s Plaza de Armas for some free time and relaxation.

DAY 2 : HUMANTAY LAKE TREK

You’ll depart from Cusco at 5 AM, heading towards Soraypampa. Upon arrival, our muleteers will prepare breakfast before you begin the trek to Humantay Lake. After approximately 1 hour of running, enjoy time to take pictures before heading back to Salkantaypampa, where you'll camp for the night. The trek covers a total distance of 7-8 kilometers, with an estimated running time of 2 to 2.5 hours.

DAY 3 : SORAYPAMPA TO PAUCARCANCHA

After breakfast, begin your run to Paucarcancha (25 km, 7-8 hours). Your route takes you through Canal Inca, where you’ll stop for a scenic lunch. After lunch, ascend to Inca Chiriasca Pass (5,000 meters), where you'll enjoy spectacular views of glaciers, lakes, and possibly wildlife such as condors and falcons. Following your summit, descend through lush valleys to Paucarcancha Camp, where you'll have dinner and rest.

DAY 4 : PAUCARCANCHA TO AGUAS CALIENTES 

Enjoy breakfast before exploring the Inca ruins near Paucarcancha. Continue your run to KM 82 (14 km, approximately 3 hours). At KM 82, transport will pick you up for the ride to Ollantaytambo, where you'll stop for lunch. In the afternoon, board the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel for the evening.

DAY 5 : MACHU PICCHU VISIT

After an early breakfast, your guide will pick you up at 5:40 AM for the bus ride to Machu Picchu. You’ll enjoy a 2-hour guided tour of the main attractions, including the Temple of the Sun, Intihuatana, and Sacred Plaza, while taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. After your tour, you’ll have free time to explore other areas like the Inca Bridge. Later, take the bus back to Aguas Calientes for lunch, followed by a train ride to Ollantaytambo. From there, private transport will take you back to Cusco.
