Plazas, as many call it, have an incredible landscape, and on our arrival to it, we will have a dry landing while sea lions welcome us at the shore. We will begin our walk along a path through an Opuntia Cactus forest. Continuing our tour, we will reach the fantastic, windy cliff where red-billed tropical birds, swallow-tailed gulls, brown pelicans, and the impressive frigate bird usually fly around. The trail meanders along the edge of the ridge for a few hundred meters.

Two diving sites are located 25 minutes from the Itabaca Channel in North Seymour, which is on Santa Cruz Island's north coast.

Daphne Island and Mosquera Island are two popular destinations for diving in the Galapagos Islands. Daphne Island is a small, uninhabited volcanic island located in the center of the archipelago.

North Seymour is an island in the Galapagos archipelago known for its abundant marine life and unique geological features. While diving in the waters surrounding North Seymour, you may encounter a wide variety of marine animals, including sea turtles, sea lions, rays, sharks, and schools of colorful tropical fish. The waters around North Seymour are also known for their rich underwater landscapes, including rocky outcroppings, crevices, and underwater cliffs that provide homes for many species of marine life. Daphne Minor is a small, uninhabited island located near Santa Cruz Island in the Galapagos. While diving in the waters surrounding Daphne Minor, you may encounter a diverse range of marine life, including sea turtles, rays, sharks, and schools of colorful tropical fish. The waters around Daphne Minor are known for their clear visibility, making it an ideal spot for underwater photography.

Northwest of Santa Cruz is where this island with its recognizable pinnacle is situated. We'll land on dry land when we get to Bartolome. When we reach the summit of the island, after climbing 395 steps, we will be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of the island and its highest point, which will make for the perfect opportunity to capture the trip's most memorable image.

In the morning, we will board a bus and travel to the Itabaca Channel to visit the Mosquera islet. While snorkeling, we can wonder at the sight of marine iguanas swimming or feeding underwater on this stunning coral beach, which is home to colonies of Galapagos sea lions, a few swallow-tailed gulls, and other wildlife. What a wonderful way to start off our adventure today.

After our lunch onboard the Galaxy Daily, we will discover the Galapagos marine fauna while snorkeling. With some luck, we will see white-tip sharks and a great variety of fish, sea turtles, and rays. After this journey, we will return to the Itabaca Channel, where a bus will be waiting for us to take us to Puerto Ayora’s pier, where the adventure of this day ends.

After a breathtaking experience in Bartolome, we will enjoy a succulent lunch onboard the Galaxy Daily. Then, we will head towards Sullivan Bay, where we will enjoy the marine fauna of the Galapagos while we snorkel. Sullivan Bay is one of the most beautiful places in the Galapagos to snorkel due to its crystal-clear waters!
